Due to the nature of our bath and body products, items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Please note that PayPal refunds may take up to 30 business days to process depending on their internal policies.
