ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to become active.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume shopping periods, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area and ask other members of your household or nearby neighbors. You may also contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
